A few things to know.
When can I download StayBetter for iPhone?
The iPhone companion is coming soon. It is not available to download from the App Store yet. You can already create your account, set up a property, and build your guest guide on the web.
How does the iPhone companion work with my web account?
The companion uses your StayBetter account and existing properties. It focuses on capturing and reviewing guest instructions at the property, while the web app handles setup and management. Published instructions appear in your existing guest guide. Publishing requires eligible access on your StayBetter account.
Can I save an instruction without publishing it?
Yes. Unfinished drafts and their photos are saved on that phone so you can return to them later. They are not shared with guests or synced to your other devices. Publishing and optional AI writing help require an internet connection. Only the text you choose to submit is sent for AI drafting, after your consent.
