Active properties are billable. Archived properties stay editable but do not count toward billing, trial limits, or operational workflows.

Guest Concierge fair use
The Guest Concierge is included on every plan, subject to fair use: 75 questions per reservation and 50 questions per active property each month. These allowances sit well above typical guest activity and are not expected to affect normal stays. If a limit is reached, guests are directed to contact you directly. Your guide remains available. Managing a larger portfolio? We will size the allowance with you rather than interrupt service.
