What data syncs from Hostaway?
Stay Better pulls in the listings and reservations needed to deliver the right guide for each stay — including listing name, photos, basic details, guest info, and stay dates. It does not push guest data back into Hostaway.
Do I have to map every Hostaway listing?
No. You only map the listings you want Stay Better to power with a guide. Unmapped listings are skipped, and you can map, unmap, or re-map at any time from the Integrations page.
How much does the Hostaway integration cost?
The Hostaway integration is part of the paid tier at $3 per active property per month, or $30 per active property per year. You get a 14-day free trial of up to 3 active properties before any billing starts.
Can I disconnect the integration later?
